Admissions

Abercorn School is made up of boys and girls from London and some international pupils. We welcome parents to visit us to see our thriving school in action. Siblings are given priority for admission but after that places are offered according to the date of registration.

Children from Year's 1 to Year 3 will be asked to come in and attend a taster day with their possible class. If your child is looking to join Abercorn School betwwen Year's 4 and 8 the will need to undergo a brief test in English and Maths. This is to help us assess the child's ability so that their needs and expectations are fully considered before a place can be offered. After the pupil's parents have submitted the required assessment documentation the test itself lasts an hour and takes place at the TOGS site on Marylebone Road. We do our best to maintain a relaxed environment so that children can perform well. Arrangements can be made for the tests to be administered at the child's own school if he/she does not live in the London area. While the assessment is being conducted the parents will be given a tour of the school.

Termly Open Mornings give parents the opportunity to tour the Early Years and Marylebone sites in a relaxed group environment. Our next Open Mornings will be held in May, please visit the Open Day section of the website to book a place or for further information please click here or contact the School.

To register your child please complete and submit the registration form, together with the child's birth certificate, copies of parents' visas (if relevant) and a cheque for £225 made payable to Abercorn School Ltd. We will acknowledge receipt and allocate a registration number.
