Year 4 Indian food lesson

At the end of last term both Year Four classes had a 'delicious' lesson learning about Indian food as part of their Geography topic on Chembakolli. They smelt and sampled many different spices from the region including Turmeric, Corriander and Cumin. They also got to try some different foods including Samosas, Poppadoms and Bhajis. The lesson was enjoyed by all, trying new foods was a great experience and  it also helped to bring the Geography to life. everyone was brave and tried all the spices though some were left huffing and puffing as a result.
