Financial Aid
Abercorn School is committed to broadening access to the School by offering to eligible parents or guardians means-tested financial support towards the payment of tuition fees.
Financial Aid is available for any eligible pupil joining from Pre-Reception to Year 11 and places are awarded at the discretion of the Bursaries Committee. Existing pupils where a change in parents’ circumstances results in difficulty in meeting fees may also be considered.
Bursaries may be awarded in the form of a discount of up to 50% on tuition fees payable, depending on the financial, compassionate or other pertinent circumstances of applicants. Although it should be noted it does not include any charges but tuition fees.
The acceptance deposit amount required to secure a place will be calculated in line with the bursary percentage.
Registering for Financial Aid
We firstly require all applicants to register with the school using the Abercorn Financial Aid Registration Form. A £50 registration fee is also payable which can be paid online at the time of submitting the school's registration form. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
Applicants who wish to apply for financial aid are subject to the traditional assessment procedures for Years 1-11 entry. Further details on the assessment requirements can be found here.
