Head of Teaching Assistants - Senior School
Paula works with our Senior School children.
From Lisbon, Portugal, Paula moved to London in 1990. Before joining Abercorn in Autumn 2003, Paula held a teaching assistant post at another London Prep School for 6 years. Paula’s highlight of her job is the students; interacting with them, learning from them, helping them understand the content of any course, and watching them progress both academically and non-academically. “I love when they see the connection between what they are learning and their lives”.
As a Teaching Assistant Paula provides valuable support to the subject teachers at Senior School, and offers encouragement and help to the children in and beyond the classroom.
Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 for Teaching Assistants, First Aid at Work
