Brikena Shpuza

SEND Assistant

Brikena works as an SEND Assistant at Abercorn.

Brikena joined Abercorn in 2017 as a teaching assistant for Upper School, and moved into a SEND support role in 2021. Brikena believes that a classroom should be a safe, caring community where children are free to speak their minds, to blossom and grow. In her position as a SEND Assistant Brikena uses multiple resources which she adapts to individual pupil’s needs. Brikena enjoys working with the children and seeing them succeed.

Qualifications: DipHE, Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
